About JANET

Starting my Real Estate career in 1994 was a completely new direction for me. My previous Profession was in Precious Gems and Fine Jewelry managing my own Business with my office based in New York City. I also traveled to many countries around the World Buying and Selling Gems.  This gave me an understanding of different cultures, diverse peoples and their lifestyles. I learned to be successful by being a good listener, transparent and ethical, absolutely genuine, thinking fast, and above all knowing that my client's needs always come first.  I am a disciplined hard worker, but I also like to take time to enjoy life. Hobbies include Golf (hopefully somewhere warm), Swimming, Snorkeling, Boating, Hiking, Tennis, Travel, and Wine Tasting. When I was single, I used to love exploring tropical Islands and beautiful beaches, and attending Formula 1 Grand Prix Automobile Racing venues. But today my Husband and I enjoy cruising in our vintage 1996 BMW Z3 Roadster driving along country lanes by the seaside on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
